about

I’m Louise and I’m still riding.

When my body starting changing I noticed how much harder riding could feel – hot flushes unside the kit, fatigue on longer rides, sleep disruption, confidence dips, joint stiffness, brain fog.

What I couldn’t find anywhere was clear, practical advice for women riders going through the same thing.

So I created the resource I wish had existed.

Menopause doesn’t mean the end of riding – but it does mean things change.

Most motorcycling advice is written:

by men

for younger bodies

assuming comfort, temperature, energy and recovery aren’t issues.

This site is about:

staying comfortable on the bike

adapting gear and routines

protecting confidence and enjoyment

continuing to ride on your terms

No judgement. No pretending. No just push through it.
